In the process of choosing an insulin pump, any thoughts are welcome.
Looking at the Omnipod-Dash as they have provided me a try before you buy option by providing a pod to ensure that I am not allergic to the tape formulation.
The picture is attached and I am to keep this on for 72 hours.
Any pump experiences will be of interest, having been a diabetic for coming up to 65 years I have only been injecting insulin since diagnosis.
The reasons for this are:
Better management within the safer realms. I seem to be doing this okay but still have the occasional Hypo' causing me problems.
Injection weariness. After over 6 decades my sites are crying out for help now.
Have a great day and look forward to hearing from you.
